EC-01G Firmware Configuration Specialist

Hello, I am working on a project to create NB-IoT tracker with long battery life. I am looking for a firmware specialist to configure the firmware of EC-01G (https://docs.ai-thinker.com/en/nb-iot) chip. This chip uses Eigencomm's EC616 and EC616S module. I have specific requirements for the eventual outcome of this project, which include:

- Configure device via SMS (attached document)
- Achieving long battery life by waking up only when device move
