Finishing a project on WAVESHARE ESP32-S3 Touch LCD 7"

I’m looking for someone to help me finish a project based on the Waveshare ESP32-S3 Touch LCD 7".
The graphics part is already done, but the touch functionality is not working and needs to be fixed.

Tasks include:

reviewing the current code and configuration,

enabling and troubleshooting the touch functions,

cleaning up and organizing the project,

providing guidance on proper usage of the display.
