Field Sourcing Agent for Tech Products (China)

We are a fast-growing technology reseller seeking a reliable Field Sourcing Agent based in China to help us source high-quality memory and storage products for laptops and PCs.
This is a hands-on sourcing role: the agent will communicate with suppliers, inspect product quality, and coordinate shipments, while all payments are handled securely by our company.
Products of Interest
DDR3, DDR4, DDR5 RAM modules for laptops and PCs ,
M.2 SSD drives (256GB and 512GB),
All with quality chips
Other memory-related components as recommended by suppliers
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing: Identify reputable manufacturers and distributors for competitive pricing.
Product Verification: Check specifications, quality, and performance before shipping.
Private Label Coordination: Explore options for private label development with small initial quantities.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange shipment to our designated shipping provider.
Reporting: Provide detailed product reports, specifications, and photos after each sourcing activity.
Payment and Transaction Details
The Field Agent will not handle company funds.
All purchases are paid online by our company via secure methods (PayPal, credit card, or supplier payment links).
The role is strictly focused on sourcing, verifying, and coordinating shipments.
Requirements
Based in China or able to travel regularly to key manufacturing hubs (Shenzhen, Shanghai, etc.)
Proven experience in electronics sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiation
Knowledge of RAM modules (DDR3/DDR4/DDR5) and M.2 SSD products
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Compensation
We are open to discussing a hybrid payment structure.
