Extract and replace files in chines device IMG file

I have a 5" Carplay unit with is designed for bikes. It has video played on startup as well as background images when OS is booted. I also have original IMG file from manufacturer used to update the device. I was able to extract files from IMG file but I don't know next steps. All files are in *.fex format.

I need you extract video played on boot and background images, sent them to me and later replace them with those I give you back.
