Explain to me how this 6.78 MHz oscillator works and find replacement

So I have this project and I am using a programmable oscillator. First I want to understand how is this oscillator programmed to 6.78 MHz and I need to find a replacement since this is not available on any supplier Digikey nor mouser. my project uses the default frequency of 6.78 MHz, So I need to replace the oscillator in the schematic without any risks that the circuit won't work. I need something available stock for production. what you need to deliver is a detailed analysis explaining how the initial oscillator works in the schematic and how your replacement will also work without any risks. You can do some simulations in multisim etc. If the new oscillator is powered with 3.3v, it's okay, I will add an LDO.
