Esp32 - Artnet Dmx Pixel Motor
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are creating a pcb for control motor and led in theatre stage.
The hardware we think to use is the following:
ESP32-S3
W5500 (spi3)
TMC5160PRO (spi4)
Hardware to be integrated with your experience:
Eeprom for read/store data
Pin Expander for read configuration from dip switch
Features:
Communication with all the interface (Ethernet, motor driver, eeprom/flash, expander)
Read Input from expander during startup for hardware configuration
Read/store data from eeprom/flash thru webserver for software configuration
WebServer (ip configuration, switch button for change parameters, field to fill and data to read from code)
ArtNet Read (artnet 4 compliant with artsync and artpool - Up to 7 universe (one universe for motor control (to put in array accessible from loop + 6 universe for led pixel control up to 2 different pin with 3 universe each or one with 6 universe)
Led pixel Control : control ws2812 ledstrip with artnet data up to 2 different pin
Artnet Send - One Universe (with data from motor code parts)
Dmx Rx - One Universe for motor control
RDM - rdm responder with name and info
We are able to modify the motor part of code when we have data from artnet stored in array or variable, we need to create different type of moving motors and create function with sensor
To do:
-Code with all features with platformio and arduino frameworks (not esp-idf) -Making debug working (give hardware specs and wiring draw)
-Suggest and insert in code the expander and the memory (eeprom/flash)
-Test All the features
-Schematics of the new component not yet inserted
-List of free pin usable for input sensor
-List of pin for led strip pixel ws2812 (thru a level shifter)
