Embodied program IoT and circuit development

I am looking for an experienced engineer to develop and design a UPI QR code based water filling machine. The project will involve utilizing IoT technology alongside circuit board design and development, in addition to transferring data to a microcontroller. Arduino has been chosen as the preferred platform for this project. Furthermore, I have specific requirements for the project that the chosen engineer must be able to complete.
