Embedded system Design & Prototype of Universal Multi Function Meter

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to design and develop a multi-functional embedded system. This project involves crafting a prototype of a versatile meter capable of measuring and logging a range of parameters. Here's what I need:
This is an Universal Multi Function Meter which can able to read AC - 1 Phase 3 sets, AC - 3 Phase & 4 Wires 3 sets, DC - 4 sets , Temp- 5 Sets, Pressure 3 sets, Flow-3 sets, Vibration-3 sets, Speed - 3 sets, Sound Noise -3sets, all these data can measure through respective sensors and display in OLED and end the parameters to the remote through RS 485 data logger.

- Energy, voltage, and current measurement capabilities.
- Extend measurement to AC & DC, temperature, pressure, flow, vibration, speed, and sound noise.
- Utilize an OLED display for clear, convenient data visualization.
- Transmit collected parameters remotely via RS 485 data logger using the Modbus protocol.
Power Requirements:
- Must support both AC and DC power supplies to ensure flexibility in various operational environments.
Necessary Skills and Experience:

Requirements of Multifunction meter:
1. To read 1-Phae (3 sets) , 3-Ph 4 wire AC (3 sets) voltage, current, Frequency, Power measurement. For AC voltage range from 0- 500V AC, 50Hz, Current 0 – 100A scale with CT/ hall sensors to be installed.
2. To read DC voltage, current upto 0 – 1000V voltage DC and 0 – 3000A DC current (both through direct & shunt sensing measurement) (4 Sets) .
3. There will be current measurands up to 50A directly through hall sensor CTs. However, for high current measurement above 50A, needs to connect through SHUNT (with output 0 – 75mV) which needs to be scaled for 0-3000A DC. Both options should keep as selection purpose.
4. For voltage reading purpose suitable voltage divider circuit/ PT with adjustable voltage range from 0 – 1000V should able to read.
5. To read process parameters

Skills and Experience: - Strong background in embedded system design and development - Expertise in electrical measurements and accuracy control - Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and assembly language - Experience in working with voltage measurement circuits and sensors Project Requirements: - Develop an electrical measurement card for both AC and DC power system measurement purpose with a required measurement accuracy of ±0.1% - The card should support voltage, current, Frequency, power factor for AC power and voltage, current for DC power measurements and display in lcd for industrial applications. - The AC measurement range 0- 1000v, 0- 1000A, 0- 50Hz. (For high current purpose hall sensors may be used) - The DC measurement range 0- 1000v, 0- 1000A, (For high current purpose hall sensors may be used). -Temp measurement range 0- 120 deg. C. - All the parameters should disply in LCD and also able to communicate to remote through RS485. Ensure compatibility with existing systems and protocols - Design a compact and efficient circuit board layout - Implement data processing algorithms to ensure accurate and reliable measurements - Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the card meets the required accuracy and performance standards Deliverables: - Complete design and development of the electrical measurement card - Detailed documentation including schematics, PCB layout, and firmware code - Test reports and validation results. The freelancer needs to handover all the Altium design source files for schematic, pcb design, and updated bom along with firmware source code, then only payment will release. Note: Previous experience in developing similar embedded systems for industrial applications would be highly desirable.
