Eletronic plate Drawing

I am looking for a freelancer to help with the drawing of an electronic plate for an existing business. The plate will be a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), and all necessary specifications and components list are available and ready. The successful freelancer will create a technical drawing for the plate to ensure accurate production of the components. Furthermore, the freelancer must have the expertise and experience necessary to produce a reliable drawing that meets the requirements of the product. Experience in the field is highly desirable. Any suggested improvement to the design and implementation of the board is also welcomed.

Need a PCB drawing in order to improve the eletronic circuit shown on the enclosed picture. 2 independent visual and audible signs ( LED + RESISTOR +BUZZER).
