Electronic water sensor circuit

Water between electrodes activates a circuit to turn on/off device. Input voltage: 36VDC. Source to be controlled: 36VDC 3A. 5 prototypes to be built and delivered to me in the USA. Needs to be placed in a potting enclosure and potted with wires extending out from the potted PCB. Quoted price by you to include circuit design, PCB design, PCBA, parts, potting, and delivery charge for 5 finished prototypes. Delivery within 15 days. Will be awarded within 24 hours.
