Electronic auto on-off switch with timer for water pump

we are looking for someone who can help us develop a auto on-of switch that can work on 12v water pump. We wish to use this pump for irrigation purpose. the switch should have following features:
user should be able to configure switch to switch turn on the motor for few seconds for interval of few hours
user should be able to configure how many second the water pump will stay on and set the number of hours this should repeat.
