Electromechnical Engineer Needed (Prefferably INDIAN)

I need someone for my project, the project is to design a Belt Device that can grip on a blind person where the belt is usually placed, i need you to design that. Obviously, that would be based upon design specifications, at the moment i want you to select the microcontrollers and other sensors as well i.e. ultrasonic sensor which is preferable, based upon the selection of these components we can design a device.
