TI-92 Electrical utility with toolbar

'm seeking a programmer to create an educational utility for my TI-92 calculator. Specifically, I need an equation solver that can handle Pulse Width calculations of 4 different 555 chips. This will be used for my electrical class.
- Ideal Skills: TI-92 programming, understanding of electrical engineering concepts, particularly related to 555 timer chips, and proficiency in creating educational software.
- Experience: Prior work with TI-92 calculators and creating equation solving utilities is highly desirable. Familiarity with teaching tools and educational software development will be a plus.
Tool bar I have done, but I keep getting issue when adding in the second 555 chip calculations on another lbl. It will launch the one that works, but will launch the new program right after it even when the lbl is not called from tool bar which is the only place. I can send the program. I dont have time to debug fully, but if I knew why it did this I could do this program in no time.
Ideally the project is only 2-3 hours. Max expenditure less than 50.00 and timeline 1 week. with an email of 75% of it written with the tool bar, and lables, and testing to do.
