Electrical shema for simple aparatus

In our project 12 Volt and 5 Volt power supply. 3 DC motors working with 12 Volt and They have encoders. They are moving X,Y,Z axis thanks to ball screws...
in our electrical panel must be;
one power key for (pako)
220 V AC power dropped 12 volt and 5 Volt thanks to power supplies
on/off key for each axis motor moving separately
push butons for each axis manually start stop (move heads forwards and backwards)
fore and end mechanical switch
SCENARIO
Manually pushing each axis buttons we will make each mechanical heads ready bring them into home position by touching mechanical switches. When each axises's motors are ready for motion will be turned 0 1 2 key from manual position to automatic position and machine will start.
PLC program is our responsibility. Program wil start and heads will move according to feedback signal coming from Mega card.
If PLC moves innormal when we push emergency buton machine will stop immediately. If electricity cuts machine will stop and not run when it comes back. It will wait for pushing start button.
