Electrical Engineer with ESP32 and GSM experience

I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer who has knowledge in developing circuit boards and sensors, and working with both the ESP32 and GSM components. The ideal engineer should have intermediate experience with these components so that any potential issues can be quickly identified and addressed. This project requires experience with the ESP32 and GSM components in particular. Knowledge with WiFi would be beneficial.
