Electrical Engineer Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with knowledge of food/automation equipment to help validate heater circuit conversion for the Australian market. We make food forming equipment for the US market. Our specifications use 240VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz to power to energize a hydraulic ram (motor) and to supply single phase voltage directly to the heaters in our forming dies. We also transform the 240VAC to 120VAC for control circuitry. The available power in Australia is 415VAC, 3-phase, 50 Hz. We have swapped motor components to accommodate, and our controls transformer can convert this power to 120VAC. However, we need to validate our design ideas for our forming die heaters is appropriate, a special challenge given current supply constraints are limiting certain options. We are looking to hire a consultant to advise on the matter.
We can provide current wiring diagram, and data spec sheets on components used. Happy to do hourly or set fee.
