Electrical Design

I'm looking for an experienced electrical designer to help me with a project from scratch. Specifically, I need assistance with circuit design. The project will require the creation of an electrical schematic that I don't currently possess. I am hoping to have the project completed within 1 - 2 weeks, but am open to hearing other suggestions on timeline, as well.
