Electric Bike Battery Pack Assembly
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking assistance with the manufacturing of electric bike battery packs. The task specifically involves:
- Battery Pack Assembly: You will be responsible for putting together the battery packs from individual cells.
- Configuration: The battery packs will need to be configured in a combination of series and parallel.
- I want to assemble samsung 18650 cells into production ready ebike batteries,to start, 10S4P 12Ah for a 36V 500W motor. Here are the specs:

-Would ideally like to do initally small batches at a time, but can negotiate. Hoping to become ongoing work if satisfactory
-Can provide all materials including cells, nickel strips, cell bracket, spot welder, soldering iron, tin, etc..
-Can purchase recommend materials if needed
Ideal candidates should have prior experience in battery pack assembly. Knowledge of electric bike batteries is a plus. Quality control skills are also beneficial as we aim for high-quality, reliable battery packs.
