EZRack PLC Designer Pro Software Programming

I need a PLC programmer that can use the "EZRack PLC Designer Pro Software" to create a PLC process for me.
The sequence of the PLC program would look something like this but may vary with more or less inputs/actions depending on logic written.
0- Start PLC. PLC logic will start to execute.
1-Product present on infeed switch, engage infeed conveyor (need to be able to manually advance product into this paddle switch, infeed conveyor operation will stop once infeed paddle activated)
2- Infeed conveyor engages, product reaches extend plunger limit switch, infeed conveyor halts
3- Plunger extends until reaching first of 4 plunger pause switches
*4-detwine arm extends, detwine arm lift switch, detwine arm retract switch, detwine arm lower switch (need to be able to turn detwine to manual mode that will use a resume button to press once twine is manually removed to turn automation back on into step 5)
5- raise splitter rack, extend injector,
6- engage knotter tie (needle tying rack leaves home position switch and returns to home position switch)
7- upon Needle tying rack returning to home position, next simultaneously end gate raises & splitter rack lowers next
8- simultaneously injector retracts, plunger extends once/if splitter rack is in lowered position & end gate has reached raised position
9- plunger reaches next pause switch, end gate lowers
10- start back at step 6 (4 times)
11- will repeat until plunger has reached fully extended limit switch
12- retract plunger to home switch
13- start back at step 2
