ESP32 Stepper Motor & Neopixel Control by DMX

I am in need of an experienced developer to set up an ESP32 to control a stepper motor and Neopixels using DMX.
Key Requirements:
- Stepper Motor and Neopixel Control: The ESP32 should be able to manage both the stepper motor and Neopixels separately using the DMX protocol.
- 8-Channel DIP Switch Integration: The ESP32 should read the 8-Channel DIP switch upon power-up to select a specific channel number.
- Meanwhile the stepper motor will rotate in reverse till it touches the limit switch and sets as 0th position.
- So if I give DIP value as binary 1, the esp32 will automatically take..
1st channel as stepper motor direction.
2nd channel as stepper motor speed
3rd channel as Red colour for Neopixel
4th channel as Green colour for Neopixel
5th channel as Blue colour for Neopixel
- when it recieves DMX value from 0 to 255 from first channel, the motor will go forward and backward according to the DMX value(0 to 254). Similarly, 2nd channel (DMX value 0 to 254) will be used for speed of the Stepper motor. 3rd 4th and 5th channels (DMX value 0 to 254) will be used for RGB of Neopixels.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with ESP32 programming and integration of peripherals
- Proficiency in DMX protocol and its implementation
- Prior experience with stepper motor and Neopixel control would be beneficial
- Understanding of electronic components like limit switches and DIP switches
