ESP32 Sensor Data Collection Firmware

I'm in need of a firmware developer experienced with the ESP32. The primary function of the firmware will be to facilitate sensor data collection. The ESP32 will need to interface with multiple types of sensors including temperature, humidity, motion, proximity, light, sound, infrared, color, and using an OLED display.
