ESP32 Code Optimization & Cleanup

I have a project with roughly 1800 lines of code running on an ESP32. The setup includes a round LCD display using a Waveshare ESP32-S3 LCD driver board, an external Neo8M GPS module, a Waveshare CANBUS module, and an external RTC module. The code communicates via WiFi and BLE with various devices, including a standalone computer and a wireless BLE TPMS system. Currently, the code is functional on both a breadboard and a prototype product, but I'm seeking a professional to help optimize and clean up the code.
