ESP32 Based Custom PCB Design
Project goal
To design and develop a custom PCB using ESP32 with multiple functionalities including power options, connectivity features, and lighting controls.
Scope of work
- Design schematic and layout for a PCB integrating ESP32 or similar module
- Power Over Ethernet (POE) and an external 12-24V power supply
- Include LAN connectivity
- Implement voltage outputs of 3.3V, 5V, and 12V
- Add USB C interface for esp programming
- BOOT/RESET switch
- 8x8 addressable RGB bright LEDs
- 2x RS232 inputs with power 5V/12V options (jumper selectable) for 3 pin connector (rs232 in, and, vcc)
- 1x RGB LED
- 4x MOSFET outputs 12V/5V (jumper selectable) with screw 2 pin output connectors
- 2x power relays with in/out screw connectors
