Dual input power supply design

I am designing an IoT device that will accept input power from a PoE source or 9-36V DC input. The Freelancer project needs to provide EMI/RFI filtering and transient suppression, select 9-36V source if present, else default to PoE and generate regulated 12V, 5V, and 3.3V output voltages. PoE-PD output needs to support type 2 PoE at a minimum (PoE+, 25.5/30W). Type 3 (51W/60w) or type 4 (71/100w) options should be available. A schematic generated in Altium is required.
