Dual-Size Arduino Nano Control PCB with Schematic and Circuit Design -- 2

Job ID: 39983095

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a compact, two-variant PCB built around an Arduino Nano, an XBee S2C radio module, two potentiometer-driven analog inputs, two stepper motor drivers, and two PWM outputs for brake motors. The board is strictly for prototyping, so component accessibility, test points, and clear silkscreen labelling matter more to me than aesthetic routing.

I work in Eagle and would like the entire project delivered in that format. If your strongest workflow is KiCad or Altium we can discuss conversion, but Eagle source files and editable schematics must be part of the final hand-off.

There will be two physical sizes; I’ll confirm exact dimensions once the placement study is done. Please keep the layout modular so it scales cleanly between the small and large footprints without re-routing every net.

Deliverables
• Eagle .sch and .brd files for both sizes
• Gerber and drill files ready for JLCPCB fabrication
• Read-friendly BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints
• Brief placement note explaining any critical routing choices (stepper currents, RF clearance for XBee, etc.)

Acceptance
I’ll load the Gerbers into the JLC viewer to verify layer stack, drill hits, and board outline, then open the Eagle files to confirm no broken airwires and that all components have proper design rules. Once both variants pass DRC and my test compile, the job is done.
