Digital Starter Panel Water Level Controller

I'm looking for a hardware engineer with experience in digital starter panels and water level controls.
The project focus will be on a contactor and digital based submersible starter panel. The freelance hired will be required to design a water level controller system. The project requirements are:
- Design a system that can automatically start and stop the motor based on water level.
- The system should use wired metal sensors to determine the water level.
The freelancer should have experience in designing and implementing such systems. The project doesn't require any speed control system or alert system as of now. However, knowledge of those are a plus. The end goal of the project is to effectively manage the water level with automatic motor controls based on wired metal sensor readings.
