We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Radio Module Developer to design, develop, and implement a digital radio module from scratch.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in embedded systems, radio frequency (RF) engineering, digital signal processing (DSP), and software-defined radio (SDR).
This role involves end-to-end development, from system architecture to deployment, ensuring high-performance and reliable communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Development:
Design and develop a digital radio module from the ground up.
Define system architecture, hardware, and software specifications.
Develop embedded software and firmware for radio communication.

Radio Frequency (RF) & Signal Processing:
Implement digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for modulation, demodulation, and error correction.
Work with RF front-end design, including transceivers and antennas.
Optimize signal performance for different communication environments.

Software Development & Integration:
Develop real-time embedded software using C/C++ .
Utilize Software-Defined Radio (SDR) frameworks.
Implement communication protocols such as FM AM DRM FM & AM LTE, or Wi-Fi-based radio systems.

Hardware & Firmware Implementation:
Design and integrate FPGA, DSP, and microcontroller-based architectures.
Work with hardware interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, USB, and Ethernet.
Optimize power consumption and performance for embedded environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 10 years in digital radio module development, RF engineering.
Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of C, C++ and assembly for embedded development.
Embedded Systems: Hands-on experience with FPGA, ARM Cortex-M/R/A, DSP processors, and microcontrollers.
Communication Protocols: Knowledge of FM, AM, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other radio communication standards.
Hardware Design: Experience with PCB design, RF signal chain, and hardware bring-up.
Testing & Debugging: Proficiency in oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
