Digital Guitar Pedal Design

Hello! I am looking to create a digital guitar pedal which utilizes Impulse Responses. I am looking for assistance with pcb design and programming. It will consist of two knobs and a single switch. The knobs will basically fade between different impulse responses while the switch will load banks of impulse responses.

Looking for someone experienced in using audio converters, impulse response processing, and microprocessors. Preferably this pedal will have 192k conversion if possible but I may be ok with 96k.
