Development of a precision software filter for a weighing system -- 5

Project Information;
In the project, digital filtering is required for precise weighing of a weighing system electronics. The thing to be considered here is that the filtering should have a maximum delay of 500ms and should be adaptively effective filtering against mechanical and electrical noises.
Here's the problem I'm having. In the filtering I developed, there are 2000 grams on the scale. And I give mechanical vibration. 2006-1994 grams fluctuate between grams. When I increase the filter value, I reduce it to 2002-1998, but this time both the filter response is very heavy and I cannot detect sensitive grams such as 1-2 grams.
What needs to be done is a fast filtering that will work in every system and I want to design a filter that provides a change between 1999-2001 when mechanical vibration comes. The filter must be adaptive. Because the vibration does not have a specific character. The frequency and character of vibration is variable.
