Developing a circuit installing with nano based sensors to determine real time data

I need to develop a circuit installation featuring nano based sensors that will capture real time data. The purpose of this project is to get the real time data while extinguishing the fire from fire fighters, and it will use multiple sensors to get the job done including gas, temperature, sweat, heart rate, visual alarms looking the complexity of situation and send signals through wifi to desk for external help. This we are going to install in suit of fire fighters uniform. That said, I am looking for an experienced Freelancer who can help me develop this circuit installation with skill and precision so that it functions as needed.
