Developer Microcontroller Application

Developer a microcontroller (in the beginning could be Arduino, etc. - later own controller hw) application that does control temperature on a device and modifies performance settings (volt, amps) based on some characteristics.
It uses input and output information via a touch display or OLED/steering buttons.
Needs to control also a few actuators/relays.
