Desoldering bad IC and soldering replacement IC on 400 PCBA

I own an engineering business and received a batch of 400 PCBs with a bad component. The component is a 14 pin TSOP TI ADC chip. I unfortunately went to the gray market because of the parts shortage and got counterfeit ADC chips. I ordered legitimate ADC chips and now they need to be replaced as I do not have the time to do it. The boards would be shipped to you for the rework and then we will pay for shipping back.
