Designing a control circuit.

I have many nodes in a production conveyer and need someone to design a control circuit to work as memory to the digital signal to troubleshooting purpose with low cost in its parts as he can as possible. the goal of this board to catch the pushbutton signal and send the address wireless to next board and the next board send that address to next one also until reach the main screen to show the address for the pressed button. if that address appeared on the screen, it will be easy to solve the issue there because the source of the trip signal is known.
