Design me a reverse voltage protection circuit + build spice model
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need someone to design me a reverse voltage protection circuit.
Requirements are:
1) Needs triple redundancy
2) Must protect against reverse current flow
3) Low power usage
4) Minimal voltage drop
5) No diodes (voltage drop too big). Use P-MOSFETS or ideal diodes
6) Build a spice model to prove that it works
My current design is attached, it is expensive and it uses 1.5ma. I am looking for a design that has very low power usage.
