Design and prototype adjustable constant voltage/current board

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Need design and working prototype of Arduino or ESP32 for use as programmable/adjustable constant voltage and constant current regulator. Also, output will need to be Transistor/FET controlled for use as pulse out.

Circuit should be capable of being powered by typical usb from laptop or alternate power supply, but built using usb-c preferably. Input power should range from 5VDC to 30VDC or higher. Adjustable output voltage up to 30 VDC minimum with 16 bit resolution. Adjustable output current up to 2 amps minimum with 16 bit resolution.

Preference is to have a socket for the Arduino (embedded Bluetooth and UART) or the ESP32 (embedded Bluetooth and UART) in the case of failure.

Drawings, schematics, and GERBER files should be included as well as a bill of materials, along with two working prototypes.

Bonus: it would be nice for battery powered, while charging from the same one usb input. Estimated battery life should be calculated for 24VDC at 20 ma load for a period of 8 hours . It would be nice to have a custom enclosure. It would be nice to have a small display voltage and amps out, up to 10ths of a volt and up to one milliamp. Modbus tcp over wifi if using the ESP32 would also be nice.

Whatever the device I will build a UI for the PC and/or phone app to use. Depending on cost of project may get you to do this as well.
