Design and produce low limit temperature controller - Auto-tuning -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A temperature PID controller that performs as a low limit protection using one input, one set point and one output as shall be detailed in a design brief document to be provided upon award and signing NDA.
The device shall receive 24VAC power (available) and shall have a temperature sensor.
The device will have no display, no buttons, no WIFI connectivity, and no memory to store history.
The device does not need to communicate to a network or to the internet. it is a stand alone plug and play device.
The device needs to have auto-tuning of the PID parameters to automatically change the parameters according to the response of the system it controls without the need to manually change the PID parameters by trial and error.
The freelancer shall design the PCB, select the components, do the program coding, produce 10 prototypes for testing. The designer shall design and produce a programming tool to enable programming future products easily without wiring . The designer shall deliver all design files in the editable native format that enables us to produce the product by others in the future.
The freelancer shall sign an NDA and undertakes not to disclose his design details to others nor to produce further copies of the same product without our consent.
