1. Description of the movement of the mechanical
part of the equipment
A certain type of horizontal universal milling
machine is mainly composed of a base, bed,
suspension beam, tool holder, table, skateboard and
lifting table. There are three forms of movement: the
rotational movement of the spindle and the milling
cutter is the main movement; the feed movement is
the movement of the workpiece driven by the
workpiece in the processing or
the rotational
movement of the circular table; and the auxiliary
movement is the rapid movement of the workpiece in
three directions by the workbench.
2. Equipment electrical control requirements and
technical parameters
1) The spindle and the table are each dragged by a
separate cage-type asynchronous motor
2) Spindle motor M1 requires forward and reverse,
with parking brake control
3) The feed motor M2 requires forward and reverse,
and there is interlock protection between the three
directions of feed movement
4) The workbench has a fast movement control
5) The spindle rotation and table feed are controlled
sequentially
6) The cooling pump is dragged by the motor M3
7) Necessary protection links, chain links, lighting
and signal circuits
