Design and development of Flight control boards

Hi,
I am looking for someone to assist me in designing both hardware and software for 3 different (2 Mango Pi & 1 non Mango Pi ) based flight Control boards which will be compatible with betaflight & INAV firmware and should be able to mount on Quadcopter frames or fixed wing UAV frames. The processor chips gonna be used are Allwinner T113-S3,F133A/D1s,V853(not an mango pi based one). The boards should preferably have the following Chips embedded into the design:

1)ICM42688P/equivalent :Gyro+ accelerometer
2)SPL06/equivalent: barometer ic
3)AT7456E: OSD ic.
The board must be capable of OSD feature( on screen Display)
4) WiFi/Bt/RF modules

Importantly the boards should also be capable of programming manually via their OS instead of betaflight and INAV.

Note:
I have reference schematics and OS software for all the 3 boards. If you can't design the hardware but can deal the software,then i will take care of the hardware and you could handle the software end alone for which the project costs will be reduced accordingly.
