Design and develop signal monitoring board with ESP32-WROOM-32UE

The PCB board needs to cover followed specifications:

1. Main board supply DC-DC Step-Down 8-36V to 3.3V (TPS54560 or suitable)
2. Four analog inputs to measure volts from 0-36V via ADS1115
3. Analog input of ESP32 GPIO34 with divider 100k+10k connected to VIN
4. Analog inputs to measure current 0-20A and volts 0-36V using INA226 via I2C - GPIO21(SDA) ,GPIO22(SCL) , VIN and GND on JST-SH 4-Pin SMD (only the chip is on board without the high power resistor)
5. four Digital inputs with high voltage protection, working voltage 0-36V - MCP23017 GPIO22(SCL), GPIO21(SDA)
6. four Digital Outputs via Open Drain N-MOSFET (AO3400) - MCP23017
7. I2C - GPIO21(SDA), GPIO22(SCL), 3.3V and GND to JST-SH 4-Pin SMD
8. CAN bus CAN_TXD = IO25, CAN_RXD = IO26 (SN65HVD230), VIN and GND on JST-SH 4-Pin SMD Connector
9. UART0 - GPIO3(RX), GPIO3(TX), 3.3V and GND on JST-SH 4-Pin SMD Connector
10. UART1 - GPIO9(RX),GPIO10(TX), 3.3V and GND to JST-SH 4-Pin SMD Connector
11. UART2 - TX(GPIO17) ESP32, RX(GPIO16) RS485(MAX485), 3.3V and GND to JST-SH 4-Pin SMD Connector
12. GPIO0 & GND to two 2mm Pitch Pin
The PCB board should be compacted with industrial standard.
