Design and develop GPS Tracking and power monitoring board with ESP32-WROOM-32UE

The PCB board needs to cover followed:

1. Main board supply DC-DC Step-Down 8-36V to 5V (TPS54240 or suitable)
2. Two analog inputs to measure volts from 0-36V (ESP32 on ports GPIO36, GPIO4)
3. Two analog inputs to measure current 0-20A and volts 0-36V using INA226 via I2C - GPIO22(SCL), GPIO21(SDA)
4. Two Digital inputs with high voltage protection, working voltage 0-36V - GPIO5, GPIO27
5. Two Digital Outputs via Open Drain N-MOSFET (AO3400) - GPIO25,GPIO26
6. External module SIM7080G LTE/GPS via PCIe connected to Serial 2 - GPIO16(RX), GPIO17(TX) and powered by own Step-Down from 5V to 3.3V, MP1584EN or any suitable circuit up to 2-3A

7. SIM card slot connected to the PCIe on the side of the board
8. ESP32 Dc-DC Step-Down from 5V to 3.3V, from the main 5V supply (MP1584EN or siotable)
9. The I2C pins GPIO22(SCL), GPIO21(SDA) 3.3V from the ESP32 and GND to JST-SH 4-Pin SMD Connector
10. NEO-M8N-0-10 connected to Serial 1 - GPIO12(RX),GPIO14(TX), powered by the ESP32 supply
