Design and consultation of a lightweight drone mounted synthetic apperture radar system

I am looking to work with a freelancer to design and consult on a lightweight drone mounted synthetic aperture radar system. The radar system should have a short-range capability, up to 1 km. The intention of this system is scanning dense bushland from a uav at up to 1km height. To find a small aircraft wreck made of aluminum
the freelancer should be knowledgeable in the integration of various components required for the successful implementation of the project.
I have a list of generic parts that will be required as well as suppliers which we can discuss further at a later date which ones might be sufficient
The end result i require is a drawn schematic and assembly description.
