Design a circuit to cool water using Peltier plates
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
It should be portable (running on battery) and should have an auto-cut option once the temperature reaches desired value a small motor for stirring the water. None of the mechanical components fall under this scope. Just need off-shelf components to design a circuit.
