Design of SMPS using flyback topology.

I am looking for freelancer who can design very low cost 5V 12W, 15W and 20W. BOM should be minimal and cost of it should be between $0.50 to $ 1.00. Size of PCBA should be very small in size. Preferably PWM IC should have built in MOSFET. I want to use this for cellphone charger. Going ahead we will add power delivery and Quick charging circuit. Need Schematic, BOM and layout( gerber file) and transformer design.
