Design a Low power Voltage supervisor circuit

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to design a compact and low-power circuit for monitoring and verifying the input voltage from a Laptop's USB 5V power supply. The circuit's primary function is to ensure that the incoming voltage falls within the specified range of 4.5V to 5.5V, with a target of around 5V Ideally. This monitoring is critical as the USB power will not only supply the circuitry for monitoring but also drive an adapter with a strict operating voltage range. It is essential to design the circuit with minimal power consumption to avoid overloading the USB, which has a maximum current supply of 0.5A. The freelancer should implement a solution that self-tests the adapter's input voltage each time it is utilized, providing a reliable indication of whether the voltage is within the required range. You can propose me what would be the output indication, a low power LCD monitor, A simple LED to represent the voltage is out of range or something more simple and reliable??? The design should be efficient, cost-effective, and compact, ensuring seamless integration into the overall system without the need for additional power sources.
