Design of a PC Board, and the software on this PC board.

I am building a cashless vending machine. This vending machine has 16 vending motors. I need a PC board where all 16 vending motors can plug in, and on the other side the pc board connects via USB to a computer or RPI. The Computer or RPI sends data to the small PC board(that you have to design) ranging from #1-#16. So when #4 is send, then vending motor 4 vends the product. On each vending motor is a micro switch. When the micro switch is not triggered it means the product is sold out. From that micro switch it must send constant data to the small pc board(that you design) back the pc or the RPI, ranging fro @1 - @16. This data is sent to the computer or RPI to indicate that the product is sold out.
