Delivery Box, check device
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
In a delivery box, I need a device that can detect if a package has been delivered. The box has a door, and a LED showing red or green. In the box a sensor shall detect the delivered package. If a package is placed in the box, the LED shall light RED and a message shall be send out to a receiver with the device connected to WIFI.
The sensor shall have a verification loop, to ensure that a package is present. Working with multilple sensing loops, to ensure that a package is detected. This to ensure that the devise will not send a message, if a hand is triggering the sensor. When the sensor definetely has detected a package, the LED turns RED and a message is send to a defined receiver "Package in the Box".
The sensor keeps detecting the package in the box. When the package is removed, the LED turns GREEN.
I am asking for a complete project, including hardware and software.
The hardware is supposed to be connected to mains supply via a powersupply.
The LED are not included in the project. We install these. 12V output for 1 or 2 LED's.
A WIFI setup is expected in the project, to be ready to be used with a user setup guide, to define who to receive the message, and with user definition of the message to be received.
A proper sensor to detect the package must be delivered.
The package is defined and the measure of the package is 12cm high, 8cm wide, 8 cm long.
The sensor shall be reliable and only detect this package and must not be disturbed by the sides of the box or by the door to the box.
Box size approximately: 30cm x 30cm x 30cm.
