Decode two APDU information

I need to locate the certificate that encrypts two pieces of information in an APDU, one of which is the PIN. I already have access to the public information, I just need to decode, using the certificate on the APDU, the private information. I will provide the APDU for you to do the tests, and as soon as you send me the decrypted information, I will check if it is true and if so, I will pay for the algorithm.
