Data Monitoring System using IOT

The location values are being obtained by using Neo 6M module. I have wrote the GPS function which returns two String values[latitude and longitude] which are stored inside a array of size 2 and call this array inside another function where I was unable to get the data. Instead I am getting 0 values on both fields while printing them. Kindly help me with this.
