DVB-S2 Dual USB Tuner Development

I'm looking to build a Dual USB DVB-S2 Tuner that integrates with computer systems. The tuner will be based on 2 x M88RS6060 and 1 x CYUSB3014. It should be compatible with Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
Requirements:
- Design and develop the USB DVB-S2 tuner hardware based on 2x M889RS6060 and 1x CYUSB3014.
- Ensure compatibility with Windows, Linux, and MacOS (But First Linux).
- Document the development process and provide schematics
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with DVB-S2 technology
- Proficiency in USB hardware design
- Knowledge of multi-platform software integration
- Strong documentation skills
