Cypress & RL I2C Communication Setup

I'm currently in the software development stage of my project and I need an adept freelancer who's proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
Requirements:
- Establish I2C communication between Cypress IC cy8c4021sxi and RL 78 R5F100GEAFB
- Experience with embedded systems, particularly Cypress and Renesas
- Strong knowledge of C and C++ for programming
It's important to have a good understanding of I2C communication for this project. The ideal candidate should be someone who has experience working with Cypress IC and RL 78 microcontrollers. Please note that my project is already in the software development stage, so I need someone who can seamlessly integrate the I2C communication.
